Iphone 3g white vs. black?

why is everyone saying the white one gets dirty and the black one gets fingerprints? i mean they are made of the same material so why would only the black one get fingerprints?also when people say the white one gets dirty is this permanently? does the white turn a different color or something?please help.

The white one gets dirty because it’s white, you can see dirt on white better.

On black you can see your fingerprints better because it is an extremely shiny black.

This happens with just about anything white vs black. iPod, cars.. Think about it, how often do you see fingerprints on a white car vs a black car?

If I were you, just get whatever color you like more. You SHOULD get a case for it anyways so it shouldn’t matter. My brother had bought one and at first didn’t use a case. The back got pretty scratched up.

(it’s only the back that has issues with scratches. the screen is pretty scratch resistant.

I don’t have mac computers, but when I connected my iPhone from one PC to the other in order to sync music, just like a regular iPod, it says you may only sync with one computer. If you choose to sync from one computer to the other, you must remove the files on the iPhone first and then it will sync the files.
