iMacsoft iPhone to Mac Transfer?

I downloaded some stupid program on my computer that is supposed to let me move my music and other data from my iphone to my macbook for $30 on the internet. But for some reason it won’t work. It can’t even find my iphone and it keeps trying to transfer pictures.
Help please!!!

Is there any way to use an iphone as a video input monitor?

I heard from someone that there is a way to use video input with the video cables and using the iphone as a monitor.

Nope sorry, Apple will never ever ever let that happen unless (this is also a maybe) it is on their own systems. Also, jailbreaking it will also do no good.

My computer crashed and now i need back up?

My dell crashed a few days ago and the guy the fixed it didn’t back up my mobile applications from the itunes folder but was able to back up all 27GB of music, don’t ask me how. Anyhoo i got like 150 apps on my ipod touch and i want to get a hold of them somehow and put thm back in my itunes. I know how to ssh but i’m pretty sure i don’t know what each app would look like in Winscp. If you have any idea please let me know, thanks.
