How to cancel sending iPhone text message?
Is there a way to cancel a text message in the middle of it sending (with an iPhone 3GS)? This seems to be easy to do on most phones….I’m surprised if I’m not able to do this with an iPhone…it can be too easy to send a text to the wrong person!
I’ve sent a text to the wrong person and I deleted it before it sent all the way and they never got it. You just have to be quick about it.

What does “mobility” mean to you?
With all the wireless communications devices now on the market for every person within driving distance of a Wal-Mart or a Best Buy store, how is “mobility” now such a great advantage, when you can now be mobile to utilise them?
In other words, isn’t it a danger, and a conflict of interests, to everyone to use communication devices while driving? And isn’t it expensive to be driving around all the time these days? So, how is being connected while being mobile actually a good thing?
Mobility for me is not even having to changing out of my pj’s to go to work. Instead of driving in to an office or any place like that, all I do is start my notebook computer and connect into their offices to get my job assignment. I can be just about anywhere and still be able to do my job.
So, mobility for me is not necessarily having to be mobile.
As for the cellphone in the car, I never use mine while driving. It is left on while I do drive, but I will not answer it if it rings. No call is worth distracting me while I am driving. The phone is a good thing to have if you run into trouble or in a jam (accidents, emergencies), but too many get into accidents while talking on the phone while driving.

Social Media News / Press Release

Social media is the new craze – we all know that. Consumers love to express themselves. This, however, has radically changed how people self-identify with brands. Sophisticated, quality-based shopping is becoming much simpler for consumers. For the old businesses who provided low quality service and spent enormous sums on television campaigns, this is the critical death-blow. However, for the business who has trudged along providing good quality at a fair price, this is perfect.
It is not that expensive to get expert help launching a social media marketing campaign. However, it is also important that we focus that extra energy on the provision of great services at fair prices. Consumers will express their opinion about our services on the social media in question. This is why a dominant social media presence necessarily requires good prices and service. However, the lower cost involved in this type of marketing should free up the energy to focus on provision, rather than promotion.
Expert internet marketing is an affordable solution. This allows us to focus on what our social media presence is saying about our business. These consumers can provide helpful feedback. It will help us understand what they want from us next. Reading market signals is what makes our companies really catch fire. We are there to satisfy the demands of the consumer. How well we do this will affect how much money we can make. Social media is a two way street. This is why consumers trust it. They can look at authentic reviews. They can see what their neighbors experiences are like. We can empower them to promote your brand in this way. Simply employ social media marketing to help our biggest fans promote our products/services authentically.
The consumer will appreciate the trusting relationship. The lowered cost of promotion afforded by an internet marketing focus will improve our ability to target our limited resources on the provision of the best service at a fair price. Rather than trembling in fear of social media marketing, get with people who can help you create the best presence and become a dominant force in each of our industries.

Advertising Effectiveness in Social Media

A friend of mine proposed I start a blog and he be the web developer. What’s a reasonable split for profits?
I have no idea how much time it takes to write a blog versus creating, maintaining, and editing it (keeping up with and implementing the latest developments in internet technology and the blogosphere). My friend says he has 10 years of experience with web development and could provide all of the “internet marketing, e-commerce, blogging, search engine optimization, web application development, social networking, social media optimization, graphic design, interface design, copywriting, etc.” He proposed splitting the profits from ads, affiliate links, etc. 50/50 and letting me keep 100% of the profits I get from referrals for my private counseling business, but 50/50 feels too high. What do you think is a reasonable percentage split of profits? Would you recommend splitting profits, or having some other business model (flat fee, hourly pay, etc.)? And any suggestions on how to fashion a prearranged buyout agreement in case we decide to split ways in the future so I can retain the site?
It’s cute that you think you’re going to make money from your blog.
