iphone and ipod touch to become video game consoles like psp?

The sdk update for both apple handheld devices will let the both play 3d video games and 3d sound on them.

The presentation on the apple website showed some of the games that will be available in the App Store like Spore, Eye eye monkey ball, and Touch Fighter had really amazing graphics as good as a gamecube and a 360 mixed together.

Some tech experts and CEOs of video game developers say tehy will become video game consoles in the next months to come.
Along with music player, internet, video, pics, and great stuff.

The SDK will allow developers to create whatever type of game they desire. Whether or not its a full length video game like those on the PSP, it will only restricted by memory, the phone controls, and people’s desire to play them. The iPhone has a limited resolution of 163 pixels/inch, so it will be impossible to match the graphics a system designed for HD TVs. But still, expect great applications and games to become available. In the meanwhile, you can find the games at http://www.allfreeiphonegames.com

One of the most useful services released by Google in recent years is its powerful Google Alerts (http://Google.com/alerts). This free tool allows you to receive e-mail notifications when keywords and phrases that you specify appear on websites, blogs, online news channels and more.

Here are 10 ways to leverage Google Alerts for your business:

1. Business Name – Keep track of websites that mention your company. This is an opportunity to send a note of thanks or address an issue if something derogatory is posted like a complaint about customer service. Big companies track mentions of their businesses online and you should too.

2. Personal Name – Find out where you’re mentioned online. This is especially important for prominent figures such as authors, speakers, celebrities, and individual service providers.

3. Website – Track where your website is mentioned by creating an alert for your domain. Leave off the leading “www” and instead just specify your domain and extension such as “authoritypublishing.com.”

4. Blog – If you host a blog, follow the website guidelines above to create an alert for your blog domain. This should also produce results if your blog link is posted somewhere with a specific pointer to one of your pages.

5. Titles – If you distribute articles for online marketing purposes, create an alert for each article title so that you can track where your articles are appearing. Authors can use this same strategy for tracking book titles.

6. Industry Research – To stay on top of industry news, create alerts for keywords and key phrases for your industry. For example, I have alerts for “publishing industry” and “business book.” This makes it easy to stay on top of news, competition and much more. If you are using social networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter, this can help you locate useful content for micro-blogging or to give you topic ideas to cover in your blog.

7. Competitive Research – If you want to find out who is talking about your competition or where they are being mentioned, create alerts for each competitor’s business name and/or website URL.

8. Lead Generation – If breaking news can produce leads for your company, use Google Alerts for related phrases. For example, if you own a human resources firm and want to find out what companies are hiring in Sacramento, you could create several alerts: “now hiring Sacramento,” “job posting Sacramento,” and “job listing Sacramento.”

9. Lead Research – If there is a company or client that you want to land, create alerts to stay on top of their most recent online activity. This can provide valuable insight into what they company is up to and who is talking about them.

10. Top Client Research – Track activity for your top ten or twenty existing clients. This can give you valuable insight into what they’re up to, and also provide you with reasons to contact them. For example, if one of your clients receives major media coverage, you will learn about it right away and can send them a note of congratulations.

Useful Google Search Tricks

Exact Keyword Search: You can specify exact keywords by putting a plus sign (+) in front of the word. For example, if you search for the word “publish,” Google search results would include “publishing” and “publisher.” Adding a plus sign to the beginning of the word (+publish) will ensure that you only receive exact matches.

Exact Key Phrase Search: When you search for a phrase, Google results will returns anything that includes all of the words in the phrase, not that exact phrase. But if you enclose your search in quotes (“how to publish a book”), the results will only include that exact phrase.

Alternate Keyword: To return a search with alternate results, use “OR” between the words (the letters OR must be capitalized). For example, “author OR writer” will return results with either keyword. For a more complex search, you can put part of the phrase in parenthesis: (author OR writer) “business books”.

Synonyms: If you want your search results to return related terms, use a tilde (~) in front of the word. For example, if you use this feature to search for the word “~author,” Google returns results that include “book,” “writer,” and “literature.”

Search a Single Website: If you want to track new entries on a specific site, you can use the “site:” operator. For example, if you want to track mentions of business books on the New York Times website, your search would look like this: “business book” site:nytimes.com.

Press release writing is a very effective advertising and promotional method. You can publish any aspect of your business or latest product launch through press release. There are rules however when writing a press release.

To create objective sounding press releases, write in the third person. Avoid using personalized words and phrases. As much as possible just make a plain and straightforward description of what you’re writing about. This is the key here, just describe your topic using the 4 Ws and 1 H of news writing – who, what, when, where, and how.

The body of the press release writing can contain the detailed description of the endorsed product. You can go by enumerating all the distinct characteristics, in detailed format, the product has. You can also include some testimonial statements of those who have had actual encounter with the product. These will make a good catch to potential buyers.

As soon as possible, you should provide your personal angle. The personal angle on the news is usually what is getting your organization plugged in the story. An effective way to do this is by utilizing quotes from well-known or qualified individuals.

You will want to take the time to target your press release to a particular segment of the media. When it comes to press release writing, it is important that you understand the audience for whom you are writing. For example, if you have a website based business enterprise that sells children’s clothing, you will want to target your press releases to those publications and other media outlets that are attractive to the parents of children.

Use a language in your press release writing that is simple as well as impressive. This will help you target greater number of readers. Use of simple language will grip the reader till the end and this will bring you more profit.

Keep the caliber of your reader in your mind. Also, your press release needs to be able to cater to the need of those people who know a lot to those who know nothing about the same topic. If your press release is able to ensure this, it is a good, well written and effective press release.

Keep your press release short. Readers easily get bored when presented with essay-like press releases. Make yours a concise, easy to read, and with fewer words as much as possible.

It is always difficult to read long sentences so avoid them. Be original and creative. Press release can have several versions. Write slightly different versions of press releases for different readers. These are the ways in which you can start off with your press release writing efforts. You can help in the promotion of your web site through press release writing.

Use the reporters’ style for your targeted press release writing. This makes the reporter’s job easier, and they may show their appreciation by accepting your piece.

You can also give them brief background of your company and yourself to build customer trust. If your company has won an award that is relevant to the industry and target market, do not forget to include that in your press release, it will surely rake a number of interested customers

Writing a Press Release or news release as it’s called is just an announcement of a special event or launch of a new website or business that you want to tell the world about. It is an online media distribution
that will be distributed through the search engines.

The headline makes your release stand out. Keep it short, active, and descriptive. If you don’t know how, read a number of compelling headlines till you get some idea.

News is anything that other people are interested in. Being newsworthy consists of letting editors and reporters know you’re doing something of interest to other people.

Editors and producers have the tremendous challenge of coming up with new stories to fill their pages and air slots-day after day. But a reporter might even arrange a more in-depth story if they feel their readers would like to see more in depth information

People love reading online news to get information and websites obviously are competing with each other to get to the top of the search engines. Remember to always include: Who, What, Where, When, Why and How in all the press releases.

It’s also important to optimize your press release for maximum exposure and quality content. The more inbound links you have the higher your site is going to rank in the search results.

Link building can be done through directory submission, article submission, blog submission and yes even press release submission. Quality Press Release writing is a must for search engine optimization.

If you have never done a Press Release before then do a search to see what others have done. Make sure you offer relevant and news worthy information to engage your readers. Your submission will be picked up by other sites and will get more viewers, which will help you to generate a higher page rank from the search engines. The goal is to get picked up by the top search engines Google and Yahoo, then your website rank will increase automatically.

Keyword researching is a must for SEO Content writing and Press Releases. Your keyword selection should be words that aren’t so competitive, 3-4 word phrases is the recommendation. If optimized correctly your Press Release should have keyword links in it which helps to get higher ranks with the search engines.
Try to use keywords in backlinks as this will promote your website also.

After you have finished writing your Press Release you will want to use a Press Release Service to blast it out over the web. Find a submission service that has a high page rank, ususally you will find there is a fee
involved.

Another tip would be to publish it on your blogs and other social networking sites so even more people will view it and in turn you will get higher search engine rankings.

social media job descriptions

It’s all about marketing and your resume is your personal advertisement.

But that’s not where it ends. Your entire job transition should be strategic.

Pushing the envelope when it comes to job searching is a smart thing to do to give yourself every advantage you can get. However, there is a fine line that should never be crossed if you want to remain ethical.

Job”>http://www.myjoblistings.info/2009/06/make-money-taking-surveys/”>Job Listings Click here

I’ll show you how you can be strategic, push the envelope, but keep it safe.

Let’s start with your resume.

It’s important to remember that even though a resume is not a legal document, you’ll very likely get fired if you’re found out for lying on your resume. It’s happening left and right.

I’m sure you’ve seen all this talk in the news and in social media lately about lying on your resume. The bad economy seems to have pushed some people over the edge in trying to gain the upper hand over their competition.

So here’s where being strategic ends and being unethical begins: when you hope no one asks about it in an interview and finds out the truth behind your nifty creation.

Simple, right?

Maybe not always.

Here’s an example from the gray area of resume writing:

You went to college but didn’t obtain your degree.

Do you pretend you finished it (you were so close…) or do you leave it off?

The strategic, smart way to deal with this on your resume is to list the college, the program, your major, etc. as you normally would. Simply add one sentence along the lines of “Completed majority of credits (or: coursework) towards…degree.” Or: “Completed xx credits…”

Job Description Templates

If you completed very few credits, you can write: “Completed coursework towards…. degree.”

Next, see if you can pad your education section with continuing education, professional courses, or anything else relevant. This looks so much better than not having an education section at all because you didn’t graduate.

It also allows you to slip in the word “Bachelor’s degree” (if that’s indeed what you were going for), so that your resume will still turn up when a company performs an automated search is for candidates with a degree.

Yes, they’ll quickly find out you didn’t obtain the degree. But at least you have a shot of winning them over by your strong positioning and personal branding in the first third of your resume.

Hopefully this section is powerful enough to get invited for an interview, and that’s the goal of a resume.

Another common area where it’s easy to cross the line is achievements. Does it really matter if you state that you “initiated and carried out project xyz” when you really just executed it?

Yes, it does!

And when some of your accomplishments were the result of team efforts, you should state so. Taking credit for other people’s work is soooo last century!

Lead off your achievement statement with the outcome, then add “..as part of 4-member implementation team.”

So these are just some examples with regard to your resume.

It gets trickier when networking and dealing with recruiters and hiring folks.

Sometimes, it may seem the easiest way out – or in, rather, to make something up, to exaggerate, or to flat out tell a lie. You think it’s not a big deal and no one will ever find out.

Wrong.

You never know who’s talking to whom. The world is shrinking with each social media network being launched. You could be burning bridges without even knowing it.

Here’s another example: It’s ok to step outside the beaten path of applying to online job postings to get yourself noticed by directly contacting an employer.

That’s pushing the envelope.

If you want to address your cover letter using the person’s actual name, it’s ok to uncover a hiring person’s name by calling up the company and asking the receptionist – even getting a little creative if you have to.

What is not ok? Calling and emailing repeatedly (being a pest), and when you do get a name, telling that person you were introduced through someone who doesn’t exist or whom you really don’t know.

See the difference?

Something else that’s not building you good job searching karma: telling one employer you’ve got several offers from others on the table when you don’t, just to pressure them into giving you what you want.

With all these scenarios, ask yourself this before you proceed:

What would Jesus/Buddha/Mohammed/Moses/your mother/your kids think of this?

Actually, scrap the kids. Depending on their age, they may derive devilish pleasure from mom’s or dad’s unruly actions. (Until their high-profile parent is found out and publicly discredited, that is…)

In summary: Don’t be afraid to push the envelope by thinking like a marketing person. Be creative, and tout your own horn. But make sure it’s all reality-based.

Often, in a sea of qualified applicants, it’s not so much what sets you apart in a positive way that gets you selected during the first rounds, but the ways other candidates make a fool of themselves that gets them eliminated.

Be among the first group of applicants!

FACTORS TO CONSIDER ABOUT NEW YORK LIPOSUCTION If you have some reservations about the liposuction procedure, or have not yet made up your mind, there are some factors to consider which can help you to decide if New York liposuction is a positive option for you. One reason why some people hesitate to have cosmetic surgery is that they believe it will be too time-consuming. If you cannot afford to take time off from your job or family responsibilities, or do not want recovery from a procedure to interfere with your daily life, you need not have any concern. When you choose New York liposuction, the procedure itself takes a couple of hours or less, depending upon how much you need to have done. As the procedure is performed with a local anesthesia, recovery is brief and usually without any complications.

You can resume your everyday schedule in no time at all. Others have reservations regarding the costs of cosmetic surgery, especially since it is not covered by most insurance plans. However, you may be pleasantly surprised to find that New York liposuction is not a strain on the average budget. As you also have the option of having liposuction performed on a number of different areas during one visit, this can also help to keep the costs at a minimum. Some people do not even consider liposuction because they are afraid that their family members or friends will think it unnecessary. While the people in your life might be surprisingly supportive, there is a better way to look at liposuction. You can think of it as treating yourself to something special which will have a very positive effect on your appearance. Instead of looking at improving your body as an expense, look at it as something that you truly deserve. You deserve to look your best and to feel good about yourself, and New York liposuction can provide these wonderful benefits to you. When you consider all of these factors about New York liposuction, it is quite likely that you will decide it is the right option for you. There is no better time than now to decide that you deserve the very best.

Because the Xbox 360 does not contain built-in WiFi networking support, you’ll need to purchase an add-on external adapter if you want to network your Xbox wirelessly. The Xbox 360 wireless network adapter from Microsoft is one option. Microsoft’s wireless adapter will be compatible with nearly any home network, as it supports all three of the popular WiFi local networking standards (802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g).

Designed for versatility and ease, the Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter enhances your Xbox 360 experience in the digital home, seamlessly synchronizing with the Xbox 360 system. You can easily transfer videos and music to your Xbox 360 system from your Media Center PC, chat with your friends, play games via Xbox LIVE, and more—all without the clutter of wires.

The Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter directly connects to the back of your Xbox 360 console.

To connect the adapter to your Xbox 360 console, follow these steps:
1. Connect the tabs on the adapter to the two slots on the back of your console near the Ethernet port and the audio-visual (AV) port.
2. Disconnect any cable that is connected to the Ethernet port, and then connect the USB connector to the USB port next to the adapter.
3. Flip up the antenna.

Note

The antenna is designed to swivel on only one axis. Do not swivel the antenna in any direction other than parallel to the adapter.

Important

Do not use the Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter or its antenna to lift the console. The adapter could break, and the console could fall.

You need the Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter to connect your Xbox 360 to your wireless network. None of the generic USB network adapters work with the Xbox 360. There are a couple of other options for getting connected without re-wiring your house or buying the official Xbox 360 wireless adapter by using some alternative hardware.
