problems with iphone apps?

I have apps from the apple store that i downloaded on my phone. the problem is though that every time i transfer music into my ipod, my iphone apps do not work anymore like if you press on the app, it turns black, and it returns to the main screen. it’s annoying because i always have to redownload my apps when i transfer my music into my iphone. why is this happening? I have a second generation iphone that is jailbroken, and version 2.0.

Jailbroken iPhones can be detected by iTunes, and iTunes removes all apps before updating to 2.0, but left the icons. It’s known. Apple has technologies to keep people from Jailbreaking.
